Uploading clothing to Roblox just to “see if it looks right” burns time. A Roblox clothing tester (also searched as a clothing checker or outfit preview tool) lets you map shirt, pants, or t-shirt PNGs onto a blocky 3D avatar first.
How to test Roblox clothes before uploading
- Open the free Roblox clothing tester.
- Click Upload Shirt, Upload Pants, or Upload T-Shirt.
- Choose a PNG (PNG / WebP / JPEG accepted; 585×559 recommended).
- Tap Front / Back / Left / Right — or drag to rotate — and inspect seams.
- Upload a second layer to test shirt + pants as an outfit.
- If something warps, edit in the clothes maker, re-export, and re-test.
- Only then upload through Roblox’s official tools.
What to look for
- Stretched sleeves or warped logos
- Misaligned stripes across seams
- Pants gaps at the waist or inner leg
- Text that wraps onto the wrong face
File tips
Classic clothing is happiest at 585×559. Oversized meme images scale, but soft detail suffers. Clear error states and view buttons in the tester exist specifically so you catch wrap issues early.
